R.S. Gunn is the owner and founder of Valkyrie Communications. She is a wife, a mother, a US Navy veteran, an ordained minister, a published author & poet, a NASM certified Nutrition Coach, and a public speaker. She has traveled the world (only 2/7 seas), holds multiple degrees, licenses and certifications. She describes her personal style as comfy/classy. That just means when she has spent a few days in pajama pants, she throws on some lipstick, because… classy.
Above all else R.S. Gunn is dedicated to her family and inspiring people from every walk of life to be the absolute best version of themselves.

Gunn is a best-selling Children's Book author along with a growing portfolio in the YA Fantasy/Adventure, Inspirational Narrative Non-fiction and Nutrition realms; as well as a purveyor of advice on topics ranging from "How to Feed the World's Pickiest Children" to "Coping with Civilian Life - 10+ Years Later".
